The driving school is one of the oldest attractions at the park, and has been open since the Family park opened in 1993. The summer of 2021 the school was renovated in collaboration with the Icelandic Transport Authority. The children can now drive down the street, Kátugata which is the scene in the ITA´s education pamphlets for Icelandic children about transport.
