Train

Train

The first train that came to the park opened in 2002 and was called Tanngnjóstur or tooth gnasher in english. The attraction was originally a forklift that was transformed into a train.  A new train came to the park in 2019 and is currently in use, called Tanngrisnir (also tooth gnasher). Both names are from the Prose Edda, an old Nordic manuscript written in Icelandic and most likely refer to the sound of thunder.
