The Reykjavik Park and Zoo in consultation with the Reykjavik Health Department have decided to recall a product that was for sale at the souvenir shop at the park from February 2019 until July 2020. The product is a dining set (STO Bamboo Baby Set Rainforest) for children from Nature Planet with the barcode 5708476123814 (see photos for reference).
The reason for the recall is that the ingredients melamine and formaldehyde in the product are unstable. Customers who have bought this product are asked to bring it to the souvenir shop at the park at the earliest opportunity or dispose of it.
