After the 1st of June and during this summer, opening hours at the Reykjavik Park and Zoo will be extended. The park will be open every day between 10:00 and 18:00, although on Wednesdays, the park will be open until 20:00. The company “Bæjarins Beztu Pylsur” will offer hotdogs and other refreshments during these hours and guests may use also the electric grills at the family park.
The attractions at the family park are coming out of winter hibernation and will be open every day during the summer. In the beginning of this year (2023), the decision was made to stop selling tickets and day-passes for the amusement rides. Now access to the rides will be included in general admission price during opening hours.
Tickets that have been previously bought are unfortunately non-refundable. Although the park will offer a 50% discount on admission for each person that pays with three tickets throughout the year 2023. It will not be possible to pay full admission price with 6 tickets or to use the discount with other offers at the park.
