The staff in the Education department at the Reykjavik Park and Zoo has started to prepare for winter courses. We are excited to receive enthusiastic students this coming school year. On our webpage (mu.is) you can find information about course options for students. We encourage teachers to examine the courses offered and contact us. Teachers may book courses by sending an email to namskeid@husdyragardur.is. The information we require for booking is: The names of the school and contact person, the course you would like to book, the preferable time and date of the course and the number of students for each booking. Please note that we have various limits for each course on the number of students we can receive.
The courses mainly take place outdoors or in the animal houses, so we recommend observing the weather forecast prior to your visit.
