The sheep at Reykjavík Park & Zoo will be sheared this Saturday, March 9th from 13:00-16:00. Jón, the farmer in Mófellstaðakot will hold the shears. When shearing is done this time of year, the short wool is clipped. However, the last time the sheep were sheared, in December, much more wool was taken. Jón will shear six ewe, three ewe lambs and Jökull our ram.
