Winter break in elementary schools in Reykjavík is on the 19th and 20th of February and in the same week for other municipalities in the capital area. The animals in Reykjavík Zoo welcome guests from 10:00 to 17:00 every day. The animal´s feeding program is as usual, and zookeepers have knowledge to share.
There is a new app available to guests with a fun treasure hunt about the animals for families and guests visiting. You can download our app “Viskuslóð” on Appstore and Google Play/Play store. There you can also find custom-made tours for different age groups.
